The amenity deck is all yours
Everything on the third-floor amenity deck is included with your stay — pool, hot tub, lounge, grills and putting green, with the mountains behind. Just bring a towel.
Finding it — the pool, hot tub, grills, lounge and putting green are all on the third-floor amenity deck, and the gym is on the second. From the suite on the sixth, take the elevator down — your fob gets you in. Pool & hot tub are open 6:30am–9pm, the gym until 10:30pm. No glass anywhere near the water.

Do both lakes in one day
Penticton sits on a narrow strip with Okanagan Lake to the north and Skaha to the south. The local move: coffee on one beach in the morning, the other in the afternoon — and float the Penticton Channel in between.

Finding us
We’re at Unit 613, 271 Wylie Street — top floor, north end of downtown Penticton, a block off the river.
By air & car
Penticton’s own airport (YYF) is 10 minutes away, with direct flights to & from Vancouver on Air Canada and WestJet. Or fly into Kelowna (YLW) — a scenic hour’s drive south along the lake. From Vancouver it’s about 4½ hours by car.
Parking
Your spot is Stall 145 in the secure parkade — pull in and you’re steps from the elevator up to the sixth floor. There’s visitor parking if you bring a second car.
Groceries & essentials
You barely need the car. Riverside Village, the plaza right next door, has Quality Greens Farm Market for fresh produce and groceries, COBS Bread for a morning loaf, a Starbucks and Domino’s for an easy night in — plus Tesla chargers on site.
For a bigger shop, IGA and Safeway are a few minutes away, and the downtown farmers’ market runs Saturday mornings all summer — worth the walk.
Getting Around
Leave the car parked
Downtown, both beaches and every restaurant on our list are walkable or a quick scoot away. Two e-scooter apps run in town.
Station-based scooters
Station-based — grab and drop at "Sparrow Nests" around town. Download the Sparrow app. Great for beach-to-downtown hops.
Dockless scooters
Download the Bird app, scan any parked scooter and go. Pay by the minute.
Helmets recommended · one rider per scooter · keep off sidewalks where signed.

Renting a boat or Sea-Doo for a day is the ultimate Okanagan-summer move. Book ahead — weekends sell out. A few operators we trust:

Nothing fussy — just the handful of things that keep us in good standing with the building and the next guests happy.
Quiet hours
Please keep it mellow between 10 pm and 8 am — sound carries on the patios and it’s a strata rule.
Smoke-free
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the suite or on the balcony. There’s a designated spot outside the building.
The space
One bed plus a den — comfortable for a couple or a small family. Just keep it to the guests you booked for.
On your way out
Start the dishwasher, pop the trash in the bin by the door, and close the windows. That’s it — we’ll sort the rest with you directly.
